Your personal information belongs to you. Here is what we collect, why, and how you stay in control of it.

This policy explains what personal information NMATTITUDE Internationale Inc. collects when you use this site, why it collects it, who it is shared with and what rights you may exercise. It applies to nmattitude.odoo.com and to the services offered through it. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Who is responsible for your personal information

NMATTITUDE Internationale Inc., 1597 rue des Achillées, Québec (Québec) G3K, Canada, is responsible for the personal information collected on this site. Any question about this policy may be sent to [email protected].

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information necessary for the purposes described below:

  • Contact form: name, email address, phone number, subject of your enquiry and the content of your message.
  • Appointment booking: name, email address and chosen time slot, in order to schedule the meeting and send you the confirmation.
  • Shop order: name, contact details, shipping and billing address, order details.
  • Customer account, if you create one: login credentials and order history.
  • Browsing data: technical information sent by your browser and cookies (see section 8).

We do not collect any sensitive information and never request banking details by email.

3. Purposes

  • respond to your enquiries and follow up on the coaching relationship;
  • schedule, confirm and send reminders for appointments;
  • process orders, invoicing, delivery and after-sales service;
  • meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations;
  • keep the site secure and improve how it works.

Your information is never sold, rented or traded for third-party marketing purposes.

4. Consent

By submitting a form, booking an appointment or placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; withdrawal is not retroactive and may prevent us from continuing to provide a service.

5. Sharing with third parties

Your information may be shared with suppliers acting on our behalf, only to the extent necessary to carry out their mandate: hosting and operating the site, payment processing, shipping and delivery of orders, and sending transactional emails. These suppliers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your information for any other purpose. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

6. Hosting and transfers outside Quebec

The site is hosted on Odoo's cloud infrastructure. Some of our suppliers may store or process information outside Quebec, including elsewhere in Canada, in the United States or in the European Union. Where that is the case, we make sure the information benefits from adequate protection.

7. Retention

We keep your information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, then for the period required by law, in particular for accounting and tax purposes. It is then destroyed or anonymized.

8. Cookies

This site uses cookies necessary for it to work: keeping your session, remembering your cart and display preferences. Analytics cookies may also be set. You can configure your browser to refuse or delete them; blocking necessary cookies may prevent some features of the site from working.

9. Security

Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to information is restricted to those who need it to carry out their duties. As no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed perfectly secure, we ask that you never send us sensitive information by email.

10. Your rights

Subject to the conditions set out by law, you may:

  • access the information we hold about you;
  • ask for it to be corrected where it is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous;
  • withdraw your consent or ask that information stop being disseminated;
  • ask that your information be provided to you in a structured, commonly used technological format;
  • unsubscribe from any non-essential communication.

To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. If our response does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

12. Changes

This policy may be amended to reflect changes in our services or our legal obligations. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
