These terms describe the conditions of use of this site as an estimate-only catalogue, as well as the support services offered by NMATTITUDE Internationale Inc. Please read them before sending us an estimate request.

2. Purpose and scope
These terms apply to the use of this site as an estimate-only catalogue, as well as to the support services presented on it. No sale is concluded on this site: it lets you browse our collections, add pieces to your selection, and then send us an estimate request through the form provided for that purpose. Sending us a request constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms, in the version in effect on the day the request is sent.
3. Products and services
The products and services presented in the catalogue are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are for illustration purposes and may show slight differences from the actual piece, particularly for handmade items. No price is displayed on the product pages or anywhere else on the site: the price, availability and final characteristics of a piece are confirmed in the written estimate sent in response to your request. Support services are governed by an agreement setting out their content, duration and terms.
4. Estimate request
To receive an estimate, you add the pieces that interest you to "My selection," then send us your request through the form provided for that purpose. This request creates a lead with our team, who will respond to you as soon as possible. An estimate request is neither an order nor a commitment, for you or for us: its sole purpose is to allow us to send you an estimate.
5. Terms of the estimate
The price, the production or delivery timeline, and the applicable payment and delivery terms are set solely by the written estimate sent to you following your request. None of this information is determined or guaranteed by the content of the site before that estimate is sent.
6. Support services and appointments
Appointments booked online may be cancelled or rescheduled by notifying us within a reasonable time. A session you fail to attend without prior notice may be considered owed. Support services are an obligation of means: we bring our expertise and experience to bear, without being able to guarantee a specific outcome, which also depends on your own involvement.
7. Liability
Our liability cannot be engaged for any failure to perform resulting from a case of force majeure, the act of a third party, or improper use of the products. The content published on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, psychological advice, or legal or financial advice.
8. Intellectual property
All elements of the site — text, images, logo, visual identity, educational content — are protected and remain the exclusive property of NMATTITUDE Internationale Inc. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.
9. Personal information
Information submitted through the estimate request form is used solely to process your request and respond to you. The processing of your personal information is described in our privacy policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Québec. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution before any legal action. Failing that, the courts of the judicial district of Québec shall have jurisdiction, subject to the public-order provisions protecting consumers.
